Lars Näslund serves on the Board of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Minnesota (SACC-MN), as the Chair of Memberships where he is passionate about strengthening business relationships between Sweden and the Upper Midwest through leadership, innovation, and international collaboration.

With a distinguished career spanning finance, marketing, operations, and general management, Lars has held executive leadership positions across Europe, North America, and emerging markets. He currently serves as Vice President of Marketing for 3M's Personal Safety Division, where he helps drive global strategy and innovation for one of the company's most recognized business units.

Prior to his current role, Lars served as Vice President of Emerging Markets for 3M's Safety and Industrial Business Group and held numerous senior leadership positions within 3M, including Business Group Leader for Healthcare Products, Regional Managing Director for the Nordic Countries, and Chief Financial Officer for multiple countries and regions. Before joining 3M, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Schneider Electric, further strengthening his expertise in global finance and operations.

Throughout his career, Lars has been recognized for his high-energy leadership style, cross-cultural expertise, and ability to build strong international teams. He also served as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Sweden (AmCham Sweden) from 2013 to 2016, where he worked closely with U.S. ambassadors and business leaders to strengthen transatlantic trade and investment.

As a member of the SACC-MN Board, Lars is committed to advancing innovation, fostering cross-border partnerships, and expanding opportunities for Swedish and American businesses. His extensive experience in global business leadership and international markets helps support SACC-MN's mission of strengthening trade, commerce, and investment between Sweden and the Upper Midwest.
