Veronika is a Partner in PwC Strategy&'s Insurance Practice, where she advises Fortune 500 companies on growth strategies, business transformation, and long-term value creation in the United States and global markets. She has extensive experience helping organizations reinvent business models, navigate complex market challenges, and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

A recognized thought leader in the insurance industry, Veronika specializes in insurance strategy, global insurance risk, resilience, and sustainability. She has led initiatives that help organizations address emerging risks while building more resilient and future-ready businesses. Her published work includes Climate Risk and Insurance: The Case for Resilienceand Insurance 2025 and Beyond: Insurance Reimagined – Spotlight on Trust, Convergence and Transformation, which explore the evolving role of the insurance industry in a rapidly changing world.

Veronika earned her MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland and her Bachelor of Science in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She also serves on the advisory board for the Carlson School's Master of Business Analytics program, supporting the development of future business leaders.

As a member of the SACC-MN Board, Veronika is passionate about advancing innovation, sustainability, and international partnerships.
