Nobel News, Nosh and Networking, September 6
In celebration of the Scandinavian connection to Alfred Nobel and the awards presented in his name, SACC-MN and five other organizations are hosting a gathering with representatives of Augsburg College and Gustavus Adolphus College sharing information about two upcoming Nobel Prize-related events.

- Lisa Heldke, Director of the Nobel Conference at Gustavus Adolphus College
- Bettine Hoff Hermanson, Managing Director of the Nobel Peace Prize Forum at Augsburg University
The Nobel News, Nosh and Networking will be held at American Swedish Institute on Wednesday, September 6, 5:30pm - 7:00pm.

We will have a speaker from Augsburg College to describe its Nobel Program in mid September and a speaker from Gustavus College to describe the Nobel Program there in early October.
Nobel Peace Prize Forum, September 13-16
The 2017 Nobel Peace Prize Forum will be held at Augsburg College on September 13-16, 2017, and will honor the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize laureate, the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet.

Nobel Conference, October 3-4
Gustavus Adolphus College hosts its 53rd annual Nobel Conference on October 3-4, 2017, on the theme “Reproductive Technology: How Far Do We Go?” The September 6 event at American Swedish Institute is a social/networking occasion highlighting these prestigious forms of recognition for outstanding contributions to mankind.
